HOW THE PLAN WORKS.
The amount due will be paid automatically from your checking or savings account on:
TEC Advantage - 1st of each month TEC Electric & Fiber - 22nd of each month
The payment will be listed on your monthly checking or savings account statement. Applications received after the 15th of each month will be processed the following month.

How do I sign up?
Simply complete the enrollment form and mail it with a voided check or savings deposit slip.
How will my bill be paid if I choose to enroll in the Checking/Savings Account Plan?
TEC will inform your financial-institution of the amount due and they will automatically deduct that amount from your account on:

How will I know the amount of my bill?
Thumb Electric Cooperative will send you a bill each month indicating the net amount to be withdrawn from your checking or savings account.
What if I have a question about the amount of my bill?
You should contact Thumb Electric Cooperative. We would be happy to answer your questions.
How can I be sure my utility bill has been paid?
Your next account statement from your financial institution will reflect your payment.
How can I discontinue my participation in the Automatic Bill Payment Plan that I am currently enrolled in?
Simply call or write Thumb Electric Cooperative.
Is there a charge for this service?
No. Any Automatic Bill Payment Plan you enroll in is offered by Thumb Electric Cooperative free of charge.
What should I do if I change my financial institution?
You will need to complete a new enrollment form.
